hyTeams is an application which helps you and your teams to coincide, collaborate and socialise. You can set up your meeting point, synchronise your calendars and define which days you will be working remotely, on a business trip, holiday or sick leave.
Employees can plan their week (working from the office, remotely, being on a business trip, on holiday or sick leave) and also see their colleagues' plans.
Managers can set up and coordinate different teams, which supports the team organisation in a hybrid work environment. The data can then be used to distribute the space supply and demand efficiently.
Standard version of hyTeams is a free-of-charge application and available in the App Store and Google Play Store. If you would like to benefit from the whole experience and would like to improve your team's hybrid work, please get in touch with us and we will get back to you.
Yes. In order to use the application, you need to register your account with your e-mail address and password.
After downloading the application, we will ask you to set up your account with your e-mail address and password.
Please use your professional email, so it is easier for your colleagues to identify you.
Enter the email address you use to access your account and click "Forgot password". Once you've entered an email, please check your inbox for an email from no_reply@hyteams.app. It will contain a link that you can use to reset your password and reaccess your account.
We are sorry to hear that you wish to delete your account. Please let us know if there are any questions about the value of the application for your teams.
If you still want to delete your account, please send an e-mail to hello@hyteams.app. We will deactivate your account for 30 days if you change your mind. After this, you won’t be able to access your account or retrieve any information.
